Shaun was always very responsive (whether phone/text/email) and extremely reliable - turned up when he said he would and detailed in planning and finishing of the final product.  Provided honest building advice (needed some further work after removing the floor and wall boards due to water damage) and detailed tips on design and sourcing of fittings.
Shaun efficiently managed the entire process (had the right contacts and directly liaised with all the plumbers, tilers, etc).  Not only did we receive a quality job but one that was very cost effective, particularly with his open book invoicing providing all the underlying receipts of materials and the other tradies.

Shaun and his team renovated two bathrooms and a laundry for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The workmanship is very good, and most importantly the trust relationship we established before and during the build, worked exceptionally well. There are often changes to the plan along the way, and Shaun met our requirements and managed the changes very professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate in getting them back for additional work.
