iCreate's mission is to ‘Create’ win-win relationships in every aspect of our business; with clients, architects, staff, suppliers, and sub-contractors. We have a dedicated ethos of leaving those we engage with better off than before.
Owned and operated by project/construction manager Daniel Ward and business manager Jaynie Ball, our family business came about as an evolving need for a building company that did what they said, charged for what they worked, valued their staff, paid everyone on time and generally aimed to put positive perceptions of builders back into the building industry.
Dan has 15 years’ experience in the building industry, working on everything from multi-million dollar architectural new builds to major renovations and villa restorations, and has gained a wealth of knowledge that our clients benefit from daily. We’re a growing company that works with only the best builders, apprentices and sub-contractors, who are hand-picked to ensure that every project we manage is completed to the exacting standard we pride ourselves on.
We place importance on staying current, evolving with new regulations (including health and safety) and keeping up to date with the latest building systems and innovations. We use software such as Buildxact to efficiently manage our projects and minimise unnecessary costs for our clients while creating a transparent path of productivity.
