We are fastidious about which products we sell and if we would not have them in our own homes, we would not expect you to put them into yours. We work closely with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure that they select the right fittings to complement and enhance their projects. We offer peace of mind by guaranteeing the quality of our products and offering a high level of service before, during and after completion of the project. We provide a minimum of five year warranty against any manufacturing defect.

We only import products which are made to fit the local plumbing regulations and comply with tapware standards. This is our assurance to you that we are selling a product which you can rely upon and which your plumber can legally and happily install.

In Residence Ltd is a member of the New Zealand Plumbing Distributors Association and the Decorative Plumbing & Hardware Association of America.

We are specialist importers of premium quality kitchen & bathroom fittings and cabinet hardware. Our exclusive products by Perrin & Rowe, The Water Monopoly, Joseph Giles, Hawthorn Hill and Armac Martin are produced by English craftsmen with a passion for authentic design, quality and durability. Fireclay sinks by Acquello represent the finest in Italian ceramic workmanship.  Classical styling ensures these products are beautiful and timeless while never compromising on materials or workmanship results in a level of quality which is unsurpassed in the New Zealand market.

Bespoke product
We have a close relationship with the factories in England and can liaise with them to create customised tapware and fittings when required for a special project. Project names and logos can also be added to personalise products for development.

Stock levels
In Residence can provide a significant amount of product from stock in our Auckland warehouse. Large projects can be programmed into the production run of the factories in England, where the latest manufacturing technology sets production timelines in accord with the requirements of those projects.  

Servicing your project
Our sales consultants can liaise with your project manager or tradespeople from shipment to fit off, ensuring the safe delivery and installation of all our products. We understand the importance of meeting time requirements and of responding quickly and professionally to any product changes which occur during the build.
