About us
Innovation Builders Ltd was established in 2021 by Joshua Silich, a qualified LBP registered builder of 9 years.
Previously a boatbuilder, Josh spent 10 years in the boat-building industry, creating custom built yachts. With a passion to create, an artistic flair and a keen eye for detail, these skills have followed him throughout his career.
Attention to detail is evident in the homes Innovation Builders produces, creating quality, and high-end new builds and renovations in the Auckland regions.
What We Do
Small or large, we do it all. Here at Innovation Builders, we can create anything from a fence or deck, a bathroom makeover, to a complete home renovation.
Specialising in renovations, whether it's the family home from the 70s or an old original villa, Innovation Builders have the knowledge, experience and tools to bring your ideas to life. If quality and bespoke design is what you're after, Innovation Builders are the team for you.
Working Together
We offer an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organisation, and solid, quality handiwork every time.
Whether your a hands-on kind of client, or a sit-back-and-watch kind of client, we will cater to your needs and preferences. This is your project, we are simply here to deliver it to you.
