IT Building

“We engaged Ian Trainor to build our architectually designed home. This was a new experience for us, not having had a home built before. Ian has a very good reputation and we were pleased to have been able to secure his services. We were not disappointed. The build come in pretty much on budget and Ian took responsibility for managing the build, obtaining quotes from sub-contractors and managing the timing of their work. We felt that Ian took as much care with our house as he would with his own. Ian was hands on, very organised and he and his team are quality builders. He communicated with us frequently concerning options and always made himself available to answer our questions. We were very grateful for his attention to detail. We found Ian to be reliable and to have a high level of integrity and honesty. Ian did not sign off on the job until he and his team helped us move in. Ian and his team have built us a wonderful home. We are pleased to highly recommend Ian”
