Their standard of workmanship is excellent. Josh completed a substantial renovation of our 1970’s architecturally-designed house. Josh and his team undertook the building work as well as project managing the whole job, including sub-trades. Workmanship on the job was excellent and was completed on time and in budget. Above all we valued Josh’s excellent communication throughout the project, which made the project a breeze for us.

Josh built our new home West Melton and he and his team made the whole experience very straightforward and smooth with a great quality finished result. He will never cut corners – sometimes I need to persuade him that it’s really good enough when he feels his as-built detail is not up to his standard. Watching Josh working on site is a joy, while he is always on tools, he can keep every team member motivated & take pride of their workmanship.

After completing my son’s house in Cashmere & my sister’s house in Ilam, Josh is currently building my own house at Mt Pleasant. My wife and I are excited & look forward to seeing he and his beautiful craftsmanship again.
