The timeline is a detailed step by step guide showing your estimated dates of the various build stages:

• Lock up / exterior cladding finished
• Ready for internal painting
• Completion of fit off
• Final handover

We also provide:

• A list of subcontractors that will be on-site during the build process
• Detailed specification of materials used in the planning & quotation stage
• A personal contact card of your project managers details for your use throughout any stage of the build.

Design & build process.

We offer our clients the opportunity to work with us from the start of the building process alongside our draftsman. Clients are involved every step of the way this includes consulting on the design while achieving the goals for cost, schedule and quality. Labour only & charge up contracts.

Get the results you deserve with this quality service, and at an affordable price too! Our qualified team of professionals bring their experience and know-how with them on every job. We offer labour only service for clients that require only building work; this involves a project management fee. With a charge up contract, clients are just paying for what they get with no hidden costs.

Building your plans.

Often house plans can be completed before you have chosen a building company to build the home. Jackson Building can price your permitted plans; through an arranged meeting where our clients discuss all their requirements subject to the construction of the home.
