We started work with JMichael Constructions at the beginning of 2016 and finished at the end of the year. One of the most difficult parts of this renovation and building was that we were still living in the house with our family, which was complicated for James to keep us comfortable. What we were impressed by with James is that he was here every day supervising the job and communicated and assisted us all the way, which doesn’t happen often with builders, who usually have their “own plans”. He always had time to speak to us satisfied our requirements and sorted out any problems or changes to our design. We highly recommend James and his team, who were always polite, well mannered and always willing to please.

JMichael Constructions were contracted to renovate our home in Bondi junction, throughout the build we found that the communication and professionalism of James and his team were exceptional. We contracted JMichael Constructions, in conjunction with Ergo Architecture, to undertake the renovation of our period home in Bronte -including a new garage and pool. The work was completed in May 2018 which was exactly the scheduled period (including minor variations) without any compromise to the quality of the work. We found James Michael and his team very easy to deal with and always professional. They have also been responsive in dealing with any follow up work.

I met James from JMichael Constructions through a mutual friend of ours, James did the shop fit-out for my Barber Shop in Arncliffe. James and his team produced a high-quality finish whilst handing the project over on time. We worked together on the design and finished aspects of the project, I found james extremely helpful with these procedures.
