My general experience with John Low’s service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending his service.

I have used John's services twice now - first to uncover the problems in my current residence and then for the pre-purchase inspection. Thankful that in his verbal and written report, he was able to identify not only no major defects but a whole host of small things that will need to be dealt with before and after we move in. Would happily recommend him to others needing any kind of property inspection done.

Fantastic communication, report was delivered in a very short time frame. Report was thorough and the architect, John, gave us a verbal report as well a few hours after her had inspected it. We were very happy with the efficient report and their understanding of the urgency of the report. We will use them again!

My mortage broker recommended I use Archicentre for building and pest inspection, in particular because I wanted to discuss possible structural change/renovations with an architect. I met with John Low who conducted a thorough assessment of a property I was planning on bidding on. I'm very glad I did, as John reported some significant structural issues on the property which would have cost almost another mortage to repair, so it was bittersweet news, but knowledge is power! I would not hesitate to use them again. A very professional service!

John has been really easy to work with during the process of finding the right property. He happily answered all my questions and explained each step of the process in a timely manner. John has been really helpful, thorough and professional. The reports were really easy to read and they were happy to explain the points in further detail. I’d recommend John to anyone needing a building and pest inspection. The job was booked the following day after my initial enquiry and the written report arrived 3 days later. The verbal report I got after the inspection was thorough and the architect was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. The report was thorough and included images to back up their findings.

John inspected a building I was interested in buying. The inspection revealed major defects and I subsequently withdrew from the purchase. The best $ I've ever spent! I totally recommend their services - they saved me thousands of dollars and God knows what stress and disruption to my life. This was a 2 year old building - you wouldn't expect problems, but you would be wrong. Don't buy without getting one of these checks done.
