We worked with Joe on the design of our first build project. His understanding of local building codes and requirements was extremely useful when it came time to get the plans approved by council, which meant we were able to move forward with our preferred plan. The house always receives complements even when it wasn't finished! And we love the cedar cladding Joe suggested, it makes the simple lines of the house really striking.
