Julian Guthrie Architecture

“We feel very fortunate Julian Guthrie and his talented team were available to work on the total redesign and rebuild of our Pauanui beach house. The project from day one to the final handover always felt under strong design control with the many factors that has made the end result feel so special continually being considered. We really couldn’t be happier with the final result with every internal space delivering more than we expected and an exterior design that sits perfectly on the site and within the surrounding community. Ours was a large complex project taking around 3 years to complete and always Julian and his professional team made us feel that this was their priority project. Thank you Julian and your fabulous team for delivering a wonderful multi generational holiday home with spaces that totally nailed the brief.”
