While the firm is relativelly new, over the past 25 years Ken has built a reputation for providing quality architectural solutions on a wide range of projects ranging from commercial and industrial buildings, to single homes or multi residential developments, with a particular expertise in education work that has created a long term client base throughout the Nelson Region. We are a small office but being small has the major advantage of having an experienced architect as your point of contact through all stages of the planning, design, detailing and construction of a project. This ensures consistency of the design ideas throughout, and this married with technical competence at all levels, gives continuity important in ensuring an effective outcome. This consistency combined with communication is the key. Communication is enhanced by using the latest ArchiCAD workstations that offer the opportunity of 3D computer imaging at all stages of a project, along with the ability to quickly record and modify information, enabling documentation to be prepared efficiently no matter the size of the project
