I worked with builder Andre Ransom on a renovation job in Enmore in the capacity of the architect. My experience was that of a very capable carpenter builder who showed full understanding for the design and was able to offer creative and viable solutions in terms of detailing and interpretation of drawings to construct the rather complex and inventive project. Andre is an excellent team player, good communicator and offers a highly professional service as a builder and project manager. He is a skilled carpenter with in depth and intuitive knowledge of construction.

I was the architect of the Marrickville project and this was the first time that I was working with Kestrel Building. Andre is a very competent builder with a good team of subcontractors. He is highly organised in the administration part of his job. It is so important for the success of a project that there is good communication between client, builder and architect. Andre is an excellent communicator. Most of all I appreciated his understanding of the design intent, his attention to detail and his great enthusiasm! I'm looking forward to working with him on one of my next projects!
