Kit-Markin Construction

Josh has been building since he left high school and now often spends most of his time project managing and assisting where he can in the design phase. He enjoys the challenges of technical builds and learning about new products in the market. Married to Hannah with four children, they enjoy time away at the lake and beach. In his spare time Josh likes to play golf and get out into the wild to explore.

Hannah was a statistics math teacher for ten years and thoroughly enjoyed seeing her students learn; she's been studying quantity surveying in construction for the last three years. Her math background has been an enormous advantage and she assists with takeoffs and estimating.  On her time off, she enjoys spending time with her four children and doing bush walks.
Exceptional service, with a positive build experience

We’re an independent family-owned building company that believes your new home build doesn’t have to be stressful or hard.

Every successful new home build is based on:

• Having the right builder.
• A foundation of trust and good communication.

That’s exactly what you’ll get when you work with us.

Our clients receive exceptional service, have a positive build experience, and achieve a new home built to exacting standards and superior quality.

How do we achieve this?
Careful understanding

By taking the time to understand what you want to achieve with your new home drawn up by your designer.
Sharing knowledge

By sharing our in-depth knowledge of products and building materials then guiding you to make selections that will achieve your desired aesthetic and functionality.
Finding the right fit

By working with clients who are focused on getting the build ‘done right’ the first time, not with those who are in a rush.

We live, work, and play in the Mighty Waikato. Based in Cambridge, we’re proud of our local area and love to support our community where we can.

We’re also proud supporters of Habitat for Humanity. For every new build, we contribute $3000 to build a home in Fiji, Samoa, or the Philippines. After 10 builds, we will take a team overseas to build and manage a project.
