What an absolute pleasure it was to have my new kitchen designed and installed by Kitchen mania. I had waited 20 years for my dream kitchen and had very high expectations. Each and everyone was met. The staff were professional and were always mindful it was my kitchen but guided me when I did not quite have the right idea. There is not one thing I would change as a result.

Their after service is exceptional. I contacted them 3 months after installation with a couple of very minor tweaks and they had them fixed two hours after my email. A big thank you to all the staff I dealt with you are a credit to this company.

Hanna at Kitchen Mania Mt Wellington did a great job turning our kitchen from a closed room to a bright open plan space that flows well and we enjoy being in. Hanna recommended we use Martin Barriball as the project manager for the building, plumbing and electrical. We had visitors arriving 32 working days after we placed the order in December so there was no room for delays. On day one when the kitchen was stripped and the wall removed Martyn had 2 builders, 2 electricians and a plumber on the job. The job was done on time and to budget and Martyn and everyone we dealt with from Kitchen Mania communicated clearly and co-ordinated as a team. I do a lot of DIY but am glad I left this complex job to the professionals!

When we were looking at ideas for a new kitchen, we were reading our way through magazine after magazine looking for ideas.

When Chris came to visit, he didn't just give us ideas that provided a kitchen that matched what we already had, he genuinely listened to our ideas but also he kept asking "have you considered this?"

That's when it became fun and really got us thinking.

The ideas he came up with were quite different to our existing layout and we were so pleased he suggested them.

After many design changes, we finally settled on "the one".

The result is far better than we could of imagined and we are so pleased with what Kitchen Mania have delivered. The colour is just what we wanted. No all-white kitchen for us!

My dealings with Kitchen Mania, and specifically Dominic Hoeft in their team were fantastic from day one. We've used them for an office, a seriously big kitchen, and are now discussing a laundry. For our kitchen we had a quote from another company which was significantly more, for less, and they were useless at design. Dom and the team at Kitchen Mania were thorough, responsive and worked with our layout and what myself and my interior designer wanted to achieve. Nothing was a problem, and when we were left without a benchtop as covid got in the way of our install, the GM, Greg, called me personally to arrange a temporary top the following day so we could move into the kitchen over lockdown. They were in touch the first day back in level 3, and the install was completed quickly and efficiently. Their Quality Control Manager Steve facetimed me during lockdown to help me with adjusting drawers, Chris, their install guy came back after install to the house to change integrated fridge doors 3 times - because I wasn't quite happy (my issue, not their issue). I can't say good enough things about them, and I would highly recommend them. A credit to the industry.

We ended up selecting Kitchen Mania to design our kitchen after consulting a number of suppliers. From our first consultation Tracey, she understood what we were looking for and designed a kitchen that worked with our design ideas and budget. Tracey was very responsive to our questions throughout the process and was more than happy to send through various samples, etc. as needed. The on-site installation team were friendly, on-time, professional and did a fantastic job. Even during lockdown, they were proactive in letting us know what their timings were and still managed to complete our kitchen within the original timeframe despite the disruptions to COVID. We are so very happy with our final kitchen, thanks to the team for doing a brilliant job!

We had a really wonderful experience with Kitchen Mania. Elizabeth was exceptional at guiding us through each step and making sure our kitchen came together. We had a few issues but I knew they were being taken care of and sorted as soon as possible.

We had a great experience working with Ruby and the team from Kitchen Mania Mt Wellington.

From the first appointment, Ruby listened to all our ideas, showed us what worked and what didn’t. She guided us all the way until we were happy with the final design and materials. She was always available for any queries, questions or new requests.

Once design was completed, she handed over to the build and installation team but kept an eye in our project and made sure all our concerns and queries were always answered.

Project execution went as planned, meeting deadlines and the team that came to site was always friendly and very professional.

Kitchen Mania designed and built us a new kitchen and we are delighted with the outcome. The process was well run, and we were kept well informed throughout. Kitchen Mania - Tracey and the team were amazing. From Tracey’s creative vision of our ideas within a budget to the measuring and final installation they were professional, punctual and accomodating. We would recommend them unhesitatingly to anyone wanting to put in a kitchen.

I also want to say that we got 3 other quotes from other kitchen places and Kitchen Mania were the best value for money out of all the quotes.

We went through the Avondale Kitchen Mania branch and cannot recomend them enough, we went from an original 80's kitchen (very dated) that was dark, cramped and just plain icky to the modern, light and functional kitchen you see below.

Mark Chatfield was very knowledgable and helpful - to the point he even had the same ideas as we did in the initial conceptual stage (without being briefed prior), whereas the other companies that quoted basically wanted to recreate what we already had! He did a wonderful job in creating a functional space that covered all of our wants and was very patient with our requests and changes along the way.

Everything was completed on time and within budget.

The communication was clear and concise as well as the follow up service (post install) which has been second to none.

Throughout the whole kitchen/dining renovation this has been the most stress free componant of the whole project.

And to think we were going to cancel the whole thing due to covid!

Viran and the Kitchen Mania team were great, they had ideas on what would work for our property and listened to what ideas we had about integrating the deck, bifolds, dining and kitchen into one seamless space. We also wanted the laundry to match which was no problem. He came up with a great concept and priced up everything we discussed very clearly and that allowed us to make some minor changes before planning the work in. The team understood what we wanted and carried it out efficiently and with really good quality workmanship and communication. The finished product is better than we could have expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Mania for any project you have in mind. Excellent!

I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to renovate or replace their kitchen to use Kitchen Mania. From our first meeting with Chris at our house i was inspired and filled with utmost confidence. My husband and I weren't sure what direction we wanted to take, Chris was fantastic helping us with decision making process, especially with our follow meeting up in the showroom. 

I always felt we were in great hands. 

Manufacture turnaround time was really quick and installation went without a hitch. Customer Service and follow up is top notch.

From start to finish the process could not have been easier. During the design stages any little changes we required were made with no hassles. The design team had some great ideas and explained why some of ours weren’t so great.

The installation team were extremely professional and fussy with their product, nothing was too much trouble and if something wasn’t right it was fixed.

We are more than happy with our new kitchen and people who helped us put it all together.

We renovated our kitchen with Kitchen Mania during a challenging time (Covid-19 leading into and coming out of Alert level 4). The experience with KM was great from start to finish. We received very prompt responses and the quality of the kitchen is high. KM made special effort to ensure our kitchen was usable during the lock down by providing a temporary bench top as the stone bench was not ready to install. Once out of lock down, KM were very quick to complete everything. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Dominic and the team at Kitchen Mania. From the moment we met Dom he was responsive to our questions, requests and ideas and quick to come up with solutions.
