KJM Homes is a residential drafting company servicing Newcastle and the surrounding suburbs. We can provide you with all of your residential drafting needs. Our number one priority is customer service. We will maintain contact with you throughout the whole process and work with you to create a residential draft design that you are truly happy with.

With all-round experience in master planning, concept design, design manuals, town planning applications, 3d modelling and visualisation, working drawing documentation, specifications, tendering, contract administration and CAD management.

Our big picture thinking is applied to large and small projects whether they are residential or retail. From pergolas to provide a serene outdoor ambience or a retail project designed to capture passing customers.
