I contacted the team at La Marzocco Parnell to inquire about purchasing a Linea Mini. Their customer service was excellent- they gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and sent me an itemised quote. I transferred the money on Friday morning and the machine arrived in Rotorua by 8am Tuesday. All communications were clear and delivery went smoothly. Everything I needed to set up was in the box, beautifully packaged.
