James and his team did a fantastic job tiling in our bathroom, really responsive and started within a couple of hours of doing a quote The biggest thing was that he found a chipped tile when he was doing the silicone and promptly had it replaced showing a high standard of work that he stands by. We had James in recently to tile our kitchen splashback. His communication was very prompt, he turned up on time and did a really tidy job! James is very friendly and helpful, and graciously moved the tiling date for us a couple of times when we had hold ups with other trades. We had no hesitation in getting Laserline to come back to tile our laundry splashback this week, and James and Reegan did a fantastic job. We 100% recommend LaserLine Tiling.

We had James from Laserline in to complete our new splashback in our new kitchen. Right from the start the communication was great, he made suggestions on where we could look at tiles and get some ideas. He helped with quantities and advice happily and promptly. He advised when he was on route on the day which was great and was on time. He also went above and beyond and helped fix a wee issue that we had with a backing plate on a plug that the electrician didnt leave quite right and also sealed our cabinetry kickboards for us. James was so careful to ensure our carpet was protected and cleaned our kitchen floor when he was done. The finished splashback looks wonderful, the tiles and groutwork perfect, couldnt get a better job done. James, thankyou for a great service.
