With over 25 years of experience in global residential sales and marketing, Emmanuel Vaggis has managed some of Australia’s most iconic residential and mixed-use development projects. They include York & George, East Village, and Central Park, just to name a few.

Emmanuel has worked with some of Australia's major private and institutional developers that have the need for a dedicated and highly experienced professional sales and marketing team that can deliver on a de-risked sales and marketing strategy for the project concerned.

Known for his organisational skills, positive outlook, and sales enthusiasm, Emmanuels’ strength lies in his personal end-to-end customer service delivery.  His diligence is showcased through undertaking complex research on current market trends and managing listings.

Emmanuel takes pride in the fact that clients rely on him to achieve the best result.  As an experienced negotiator, he also takes satisfaction in ensuring full transaction transparency for all parties, through providing the right tools to achieve success.

Rob Marks
Real Estate License Number: 1478470
Rob started in real estate in 1987 to help cover tuition fees and the cost of living whilst studying accounting and law at university.

He commenced inland then estate sales, then progressed to major projects and then multi-site acquisitions.

Rob purchased his first property at 21 and with over 30 years of industry knowledge and practice, he intrinsically believes the property is a way to enrich your life.

Rob is passionate about property and working with people to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

He also has a passion for water sports, in particular sailing & the America’s Cup race.

Maria Scott
Maria is a marketing specialist. Her 25 years of industry experience and expertise in marketing and customer service, adds enormous value to the team.

Maria has always been attracted to challenging roles that require the fine balance of delivering good value while operating commercially. Her expertise in marketing, internal communications, media relations, corporate social responsibility, community relations, government dealings and stakeholder management provide her with a sound foundation for increasing business performance and growth.

Maria has a wealth of strategic experience in large and diverse organisations as well as delivering on practical applications with small private companies, councils, and community groups. She has extensive experience in leading, developing and implementing all facets of the marketing function including branding, marketing planning, advertising, media relations, sponsorships, publicity, direct mail, merchandise, displays and promotional materials. She is also ideally suited to assisting businesses in generating fresh ideas for marketing their brands.

Maria is a current Board Member of Peer Support Australia and The Michael Hughes Foundation and a former Board Member of Adele House.  She also held positions with Rotary International, both local and regional, and the Property Industry Foundation, caring for Kids at Risk.

David Mance
David Mance has worked in the real estate industry since 2010.

He successfully ran the leasing division for a boutique inner west real estate agency and was headhunted across to run the leasing division for a major developer/builder.

In 2021 David joined Live Property Marketing to run sales at Pearl of the Bay, Meadowbank and to start up Live Property leasing division.

HOW DOES EQUITY ADVANCE WORK?
Live Property can exclusively offer our clients the unique EQUITY ADVANCE program which unlocks a way to buy a property with little or no cash deposit.

Over the years, Live Property has established and built solid relationships with some of the industry's best residential developers. We work with these developers to help get homeowners into the properties that they develop using the EQUITY ADVANCE program.

Once you have selected your preferred property, it is then valued by your bank or one of our recommended banks. This approved valuation is what you will secure up to 20% deposit directly to the developer. You will then borrow the remaining amount from your bank or one of our recommended banks.

THE DEPOSIT PROVIDED BY EQUITY ADVANCE IS INTEREST FREE!

Equity Advance utilises a deposit program that developers we work with, accept as payment for your deposit instead of cash.  Once your no interest deposit is advanced to the developer (along with the balance of funds you acquire from the bank) then the property is owned by you!

The deposit amount provided is then held for up to 3 years interest free (up to 5 years for first home buyers).  At the end of this term (or before if there has been significant market growth) your new property is re-valued and your mortgage is refinanced for the new valuation.

The excess of your refinanced mortgage is then used to repay the amount of your deposit.

USE THE FUTURE EQUITY IN YOUR NEW HOME TO FUND YOUR DEPOSIT

This is the EQUITY ADVANCE program.

The best part is that EQUITY ADVANCE is not a loan, is interest-free, has no hidden fees, does not require personal security or guarantees, and no caveat or a second mortgage is required over the property!

WHAT IF THE NEW VALUATION DOESN'T COVER THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?
If the revaluation of your new home does not provide the capital to repay your deposit then we roll the deposit over to a new term.

Therefore, it is in everyone’s interest to ensure that your new property will increase in value to repay your deposit within the repayment timeline.
