Lockhart Construction
About us
Lockhart Construction is a residential building & construction company that prides its self on what we call the “Before After Effect”.
For us the emphasis is on what comes "Before" so you can expect us to listen intently, to ask lots of clarifying questions and to take you on a renovation journey that ensures everything "Before" is absolutely spot on.
Why? Because we want the “After Effect” to blow you away.
To achieve the perfect “After Effect” you can expect a great deal of attention to detail, skilled craftsmanship and flawless communication. Our vision is to bring you a skill set that achieves just that.
We love transforming our clients dreams into reality and take great pride in our workmanship and relationships. To support this pledge we are Certified Builders and Licenced Building Practitioners.
WHAT WE DO
Lockhart Construction specialise in residential home improvements. When it comes to your idea of a project around the home, we want to be involved. We're experts in all areas of residential renovation in particular bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, sculleries, decks and patio areas.
Lockhart Construction's Director, Stan Leenders, has a true gift for visualisation when it comes to renovation and design. His SmartStart Estimate has saved many clients considerable sums by providing build costs prior to having plans drawn up. Stan's recommendation to anyone considering a renovation is to involve your builder from the beginning of your next project idea.
WHERE WE ARE
You'll find us working right across the Greater Wellington Region.
Lockhart Construction can help with your outdoor renovations, kitchen & bathroom re-modelling, window & door installation, and indoor-outdoor flow.
