Lovett Custom Homes

At Lovett Custom Homes, we view the construction process as a collaborative effort involving the owner, architect, engineer, consultants and builder.

Throughout the past 50 years, construction methods have evolved as technology continues to advance. We strive to be at the forefront of these advanced building methodologies.

To achieve this we utilise digital construction, a technology driven approach to virtually model your home. This allows for clear design visualisation, early conflict detection, smooth collaboration with architects and consultants, and ultimately improved on-site efficiency.

The building process begins well before construction commences. Our Project Management team leads every stage, providing clear direction, financial control, efficient build methodologies, and accountability throughout.

At Lovett Custom Homes, each project is supported by a dedicated Builder, Project Manager, and Contract Administrator, who collectively oversee every detail from early planning through to completion.

Our project management platform is central to our operations, providing clients with real-time visibility of progress, site activity, and financial performance at every stage.

Our leadership team consists of experienced trades people and skilled administrators. We are a team that is defined by our determination to deliver perfection each and every time.
