In the late 1980’s in Verona, Italy, Ferdinando Marana had a dream that would go onto revolutionise the food industry. He dreamt of reducing the wait time taken to produce quality pizzas and to ensure that they’re consistently cooked to perfection, time and time again. After years of in-depth study, Marana Forni was born, and with it, the world’s first rotary pizza oven. The word of Marana Forni’s innovative new products and quality service spread like wildfire, and they quickly won international acclaim, becoming an institution in nearly 100 countries around the globe today.
Born out of the cobblestone steps in Verona, Marana Forni Australia has been proudly representing Italian craftmanship, excellence and innovation in Australia and throughout the Asia Pacific since opening in Austalia in 2017.
Marana Forni Australia was established through a partnership between Ferdinando Marana himself, and his Melbourne-based protégé, Corrado Passilongo, and we have been instrumental in enhancing the pizza industry below the equator ever since.

Consultations
We firmly believe that education is the key to success, and we love sharing our tricks of the trade with you through courses, masterclasses, workshops, demonstrations or just a friendly call over the phone.
Our consultations are a free of charge service that we provide to our valued clients, particularly kitchen designers, architects and builders who seek our expert advice during the planning stage of a pizza section project.
Based on our expertise and experience, we are able to offer precise advice and education on the positioning of the equipment, the minimum space requirements, the best workflow to implement and operate a Marana Forni oven and other equipment based on your individual capacity and space within the kitchen.
