We are a building company based out of Wanaka, New Zealand that specialises in Formance SIPs homes and renovations. We do what we do because we love our jobs and the ability to create something that will last for years to come. We pride ourselves on our organisational skills, and with the assistance of a solid professional group of subcontractors. Our Vision We want to work with people who want to build better than just the standard, with an eco-sustainable mindset and minimal waste. We aim to under promise and over deliver on every build. We are a family run and family motivated business wanting to improve New Zealand living and housing standards. We take pride in building for the next generation. “I love being outside working with my hands, in the fresh air working with power tools. But it’s more than that, it’s creating relationships with people, bringing their dreams to reality. Ultimately, it’s the ability to create more than a house, but a home. Something people can be proud to call theirs. I love showing my kids what their Dad built!” - Shaun McCarroll
