Project Brief & Consultation
We start with an on-site consultation where we meet with you and your family to establish your requirements. This initial meeting is a time to collate all your ideas and discuss your non-negotiables. Taking time to understand your individual needs and ideas is important to us to help us create a home that really suits you.

Concept Design & Quote
At this stage we may work with a draughtsman to create a plan or architectural concept for you to review before moving forward. Any potential risks or constraints are identified and discussed. Also at this stage, we'll provide you with an accurate fixed price quote detailing every stage of the build, materials, fixtures and fittings.

Working Drawings
Once you have reviewed the concept drawings then the draughtsman produces working drawings. These plans will be used for the consent process. A building agreement and Master Build guarantee application are also written up based on these drawings.

Consent & Project Schedule
When you are happy, you can then submit the plans and specifications to the council for consent process. At this stage the contract and start date are agreed and a 5% deposit paid. Project plan schedules are drawn up, sub-contractors are booked and materials will be ordered.

Building Begins
After we receive approval from the council the building process begins! Regular site meetings are scheduled so you will be involved at each stage of the process. The project is carefully managed and all parties are informed of changes and any schedule updates.

Final sign off
At the end of the building process we'll get you on-site to inspect your new home and ensure you are happy with all aspects of the house. After that keys are provided and then its moving day! Don't forget you have a 10 year guarantee on your new home.
