Daniel began his career as a carpenter apprentice in 2004. After a four-year apprenticeship, he gained his formal qualifications before commencing a three-year stint in the trade. He formed Mink Building Group in 2011 with his brother Brendan, and in 2014 earned himself a Builder’s Licence.

Commercial Projects

Many people are unaware that commercial projects are not subject to the same tight regulations as those in the residential sector. In fact, a licence is not even required.

As licensed builders and carpenters ourselves, this positions Mink Building Group favourably. We like to point out to clients that while relaxed laws may be in place there’s little advantage in working with practitioners who deem a licence unnecessary.
