In early 2019 MOB Builders renovated the kitchen and living area of my Victorian-era house. Throughout the project, the fine team Mike Dunbar assembled was a pleasure to deal with. As you would expect during a significant renovation of a 100 year old building a few problems arose. These were always dealt with in a very professional and pragmatic manner by Mike which was the key reason the project finished on time, and very near our agreed budget. Mike and his team were recommended to me by a friend. I'll use Mike for my next renovation and happily recommend him. 

Mike and the team at MOD Builders, are reliable, hard-working, trustworthy, professional and very easy to deal with. Their quality of work is of a high standard with great attention to detail. They have a well-organized and clean worksite, cleaning up and often vacuuming at the end of every day which was much appreciated. Mike was good at budgeting the size of the work as well as managing the other trades to complete each job, which is efficient and worth the bit extra so you don't have to worry. I would highly recommend MOD Builders for both large and small jobs.
