At Modern Consulting Measure we offer a quantity surveying construction service focused on trade contractor measures for tradies in New Zealand on a project by project basis.

We complete trade contractor measures for standard residential and high-end architectural homes, through to commercial projects. No job is too big or too small.

We have capacity for extracting quantities from 3D models for those larger scale commercial projects that may come in from time to time.

Our measurement package includes both the total m2 measured and a markup of the areas measured, with a colour coded legend showing the various areas of take-off.
We turn around all measures within a 3-5 day timeframe, however we can accommodate urgency if required.

All projects are retained on file for a minimum period of 12months.

Modern Consulting Measure provides a clear pricing structure and a consistent turnaround time to give contractors a reliable source of accurate measurement. Included with the take-off schedule is a colour coded mark-up of the project documentation to allow easy cross-reference and checking. These mark-ups are also a helpful support tool for variations which may come up during construction.
