“In 2018, I had a house build about to start and I was looking for a builder. My local building materials supply agent suggested I contact this young guy who was just completing the build on a house nearby. I went to see Scott Muirhead on site to get a feel for his approach and see the quality of work that he did. I was impressed with what I saw, and we shook hands on the deal that he would build my house.

Over the course of the next year, Scott always impressed me with his attention to detail, his efficient approach to the daily tasks, his management of his crew (often 7 carpenters working), and his overall management of the build. We would discuss the plans regularly, and the details that were imminent, he would task me with sourcing materials that would be needed soon, and he never hesitated to recommend a better method, a better material, a stronger/simpler approach, or a ‘mate’ who could handle the sub-trade that was needed.
