All partners have been actively engaged in the building industry within the Mornington Peninsula over this period and thereby can provide second to none advice and experience on the possible problems and pitfalls for building within this area. Why Choose Us
The building is a major expense and a major source of stress, so every Building Permit applicant needs someone impartial they can trust. Nepean believes, as a building surveyor, it is their duty to support each applicant to ensure they end up with a safe, durable and efficient building.
With over 50,000 projects Nepean Building Permits is one of Victoria’s largest building surveyors. Three fully-trained and experienced surveyors are on staff to deal with every application, from the smallest deck to the largest commercial development.
The volume of regulations governing buildings in Victoria, and Australia, today is simply mind-boggling and it grows larger every day. NBP has spent nearly two decades assembling that knowledge and has developed systems keeping pace with it. Those systems also enable NBP to find all the relevant rules and regulations for any application.
WHO CAN ISSUE MY BUILDING PERMIT?
Nepean Building Permits specializes in residential construction such as new dwellings, additions & alterations. This includes small scale domestic works such as decks, verandahs, carports, garages and swimming pools.
NBP has always welcomed the challenge of larger-scale commercial projects. Their experience covers schools, shopping centres, nursing homes, hospitals, townhouses, factories and office blocks through to large and complex urban developments.
Without a doubt, the most crucial asset any surveyor has is diligence. They must be meticulous in their efforts to ensure the safety, efficiency and durability of the buildings they approve.
