Network initially took on the project assisting us through the preliminary design stage and we found Network willing to listen to our needs and picked up on their ability to show a flare for design that helped us incorporate more modern features into our project. Network was keen to show us their recent work and we were impressed with their quality of finish on a recently completed new home and their references and recommendations provided us with a willingness to work with them in a partnership from the beginning to the end. Working on a difficult site Network Builders demolished the existing dwelling and carried out site works, excavations and foundations using their own labour and machinery. With their team and skilled subcontractors Network then took the project out of the ground and ultimately delivered us a quality home that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the whole project we found Network co-operated with our needs and if there were any problems we felt they communicated extremely well and provided sensible solutions so that we did not incur significant delays. Network Builders were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to other customers and for their quality of work.

Matson, director of Network Builders was referred to me by one of my tradesmen as a reasonable, reliable and honest Builder on the North Shore who will always see the job to completion. I contacted Matson for a quote on the project that my previous builder left unfinished. Matson came across well as a polite, caring and understanding person when I first met him and he maintained that reputation throughout the project. I also was pleasantly surprised when I received his quotation which was very reasonable and provided detailed breakdown as he cared to ensure there is no hidden cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Network Builders be it in respect of the entire house building, renovation or an ad hoc job.

Matson and his team completed the work to a very high standard and have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. We felt that they have a real understanding of the style and finish we wanted and Matson’s knowledge and advice were extremely helpful in achieving my vision.

We engagend Network Builders to build a new house in Torbay, North Shore. The site is pretty steep with a narrow road and difficult access to the site. A large retaining wall involving extensive earthworks had to be built. Despite various challenges, the Network Builders team has completed everything very professionally. This was our first experience with new construction and the friendly and professional Network Builders team made it smooth and painless. The crew was always polite and helpful with questions throughout the building process.

Matson and the team were sure to give responsive attention verbally, through email and meeting at the construction site when needed.
