Network is paramount

We’re committed to making your build straightforward, which is why we've established an impressive professional network that includes some of Auckland’s best architects, draftsmen, interior designers, suppliers and sub-trades all with the same principles within their craft to help make the process seamless and achievable at the highest standard.

Guaranteed success

With New Dimension Homes you'll get the full owner-operator service, which means Louis will be onsite to personally guarantee success - keeping quality and service at the highest level. Combine that with a highly skilled team in all aspects of building and you'll be glad you chose to work with a builder that puts passion at the forefront of everything they do.

Fully transparent

We are fully transparent with everything from budget, to pricing and invoicing. Our budget monitor helps guide our clients' investment throughout the project, which can be reviewed real-time at any stage in the process. Our open book policy provides flexibility when requirements need to change and has proved invaluable to maintaining a trustworthy client/builder relationship.
