Our Production Bases

Newpearl Ceramics Group have 60 automatic production lines with an annual production capacity of over than 200 million square meters. We offer over 2,000 patterns, with specifications ranging from 45mm to 1,600mm, and 3, 200mm – the thinnest being 3MM. We have two top Italian production lines: Lamgea and Sicma. Lamgea produces large scale ceramic tiles and slabs up to 1610 x 3210mm, with thicknesses ranging from 3.5 to 20 mm, while Sacmi makes them between 600 and 800mm. Newpearl Ceramics Group wholesale tile products are exported to hundreds of countries and regions world-wide, including various locations in New Zealand, such as Auckland, Hamilton, and Christchurch. Newpearl tile products on sale include Marble Slabs, glazed tiles, ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, polished tiles, inkjet soluble tiles, and ceramic tiles, and exterior wall tiles.

Our Capabilities

Newpearl Ceramics Group’s production capabilities are wide ranging. Our products have been applied in all types of successful construction projects, from small residential builds to the highest level of commercial and industrial builds. At the lower end of the spectrum, we produce ordinary marbles, porcelain pieces and antique bricks that are very cost-effective. Higher value pieces include fully functional products such as inkjet tiles and body marbles. At the very top of the production scale, we have large specification products suitable for comprehensive commercial builds. Our large ceramic panels are true works of art, proposing different applications in decorations and textures.

Innovation and Development

Newpearl insists on innovation-driven transformation and upgrading. We own three high tech enterprises, two provincial enterprise technology centres, and two provincial engineering technology R&D centres. We have applied for 340 patents and 220 have been approved, including more than 50 invention patents. To celebrate this achievement, Newpearl was honoured with the, "National Intellectual Property Model Enterprise.’ We have also made contributions to the formulation of over 30 standards at national, industrial, and provincial levels - winning the award of China Standards Innovation and Contribution Award by the SAC in 2017. Through integrated innovation, we established the Green Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Factory in Lubu Industrial Park and became the, ‘Model Enterprise of Industrialization and Informatization.’ In September 2018, the China Ceramic Industry Slab Research Centre officially announced the inauguration of Newpearl Contemporary Ceramic Research and Design Institute. The Marble Slab breaks the limitations of traditional tiles and achieves diversified applications in home life. In 2018, Newpearl entered into the heating market and launched the Graphene Heating Tile, providing consumers with a new environmentally friendly and energy-saving heating method. Adhering to the development concept of, ‘Be a Top Manufacturer Producing High-Quality Products,’ and the environmental commitment of ‘Non-polluting Enterprise,’ Newpearl built the intensive modern green industrial park and passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification at an early stage. NZ Local Support

Since launching to the NZ market in 2013, our total warehouse reservices have reached nearly 100,000 square meters in Auckland. We have a large amount of local stock readily available to dispatch to distributors across New Zealand, with a 10-year product guarantee on offer for customers. All Newpearl tiles are created in a state-of the-art production facility and receive a complete product testing report in China. To Fulfil Social Responsibility

Our focus on green production is a key part of the Newpearl brand. In 2017, Newpearl invested 300 million yuan to build a fully automatic green intelligent production line, and continuously promoted the innovation of building materials and technology. This new production line supports the R&D and production of the MARBLE SLAB. With its capabilities to develop, mass produce, and deep process the large slabs (3.2m*1.6m), Newpearl has become an industry leader. In September 2018, we were approved to establish the China Ceramics Industry Research Centre. In 2019, the MARBLE SLAB launched new products of different specifications and sizes, bringing even more possibilities for household applications. In our continuous mission to actively fulfil social responsibility, we established the Green Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Factory in Lubu Industrial Park. We have also donated millions of dollars to public welfare activities such as disaster relief, elderly support, education, and targeted poverty alleviation.
