“Having trawled through numerous builders to build our home we found Dave, and never looked back. Over a cuppa he gave us very accurate “ball park figures” based on plans that we’d been looking at – listened closely to both our budget and our desires, and put us on track to build what we could actually afford, without compromising our dream. He masterfully managed our build, co-ordinating all the tradies, keeping all standards very high, negotiating set backs and difficulties experienced from weather, geo-tech surprises and general life to bring our build in a month early and under budget.
