An Elemental Cost Estimate is based off “m2 rates” and is an overview of the anticipated costs associated with each component of a construction project.

These estimates can be completed off Concept Designs & provide solid budgeting information and breakdown at the front end of a job which helps stakeholders & clients understand their build cost before they invest more money into progressing their project.
