About us
Nova Construction prides itself on a reputation for professionalism, skill and unsurpassed quality in all aspects of its work.
Led by CEO Jonathan King. Having worked in the building industry for over 20 years, Jonathon’s extensive construction knowledge, finely-honed planning skills and notorious perfectionist tendencies ensure Nova Construction meets its goals of delivering projects of unparalleled quality with exceptional time efficiencies.
For over ten years, Nova Construction has risen to the challenge of renovating and building some of New Zealand’s most exclusive houses in luxury neighbourhoods from Takapuna to Parnell to Karaka. Nova Construction does not define their work by design – building inspired structures in both contemporary and traditional styles – but the high-end finish ensures their work stands out amongst their peers.
In addition to home building, Nova Construction also engages in specialty commercial construction, such as the highly creative, yet functional Kathryn Wilson ‘Shoebox’ pop-up boutique in Auckland’s Britomart shopping precinct.
Nova Construction has worked alongside – and is held in high regard by – some of the country’s most esteemed architects, including: Sumich Chaplin, Jessop Architects and Tim Dorrington.
Second to none Service
A competent and streamlined management team enables Nova Construction to foster close client and subcontractor relationships, working together for mutual benefit. Effective communication with the client, subcontractors and design professionals underpins every build, ensuring a construction smooth process from start to finish.
Integrity, flexibility, professionalism and a solutions-focus are hallmarks of Nova Construction’s service, giving them an edge over their competitors and earning them a well-deserved reputation for outstanding performance throughout the industry.
Because every build is different, Nova Construction works to understand the needs of each client, priding themselves on their ability to not only meet those needs but exceed expectations. Clients can trust that Nova Construction will investigate effective ways to maximise their budget, keep the project on track and provide the very best results.
Whether you’re looking to renovate or alter your existing structure, or begin a new build, Nova Construction considers it a great privilege to take your vision from rendering to reality. No build is too big, no detail too small.
