All Seasons suite is a range that has a thermal break built into the design. This provides insulation within the joinery panels and frames. This in turn reduces the energy required to heat or cool a home. This will reduce condensation and save energy. This is most commonly used in areas with climate extremes.

SovereignSeries

SovereignSeries is a high-performance residential suite which exceeds the performance levels of standard residential product through clever design including more substantial frame, sash and mullion profiles - these can support heavier glass panels than standard residential joinery. This means you can most the most of sweeping views.

Stellar Doors

Stellar Doors create a warm welcome for your home that will last. They are aluminium doors that are designed to enhance residential entrance ways for homes, holiday homes and apartments. Commercial Window 40mm is suitable for use in a wide range of applications including low and high rise buildings, Industrial buildings, educational buildings or when a simpler frame section is required. Both awning and casement windows are available and hinged doors can be integrated simply into the configuration if required.

Shopfront 75mm & 100mm

Shopfront 75mm and 100mm is designed to provide a commercial solution for Retail and Commercial frontages, Shopping Malls and interior use in Office and commercial buildings. Shopfront is designed for single level canopy and shopping mall protected environments where high winds and high water pressures are not expected.

Frontline 100mm & 150mm

Frontline 100mm and 150mm were designed to provide a glazed curtain wall solution for a wide range of Retail and Commercial frontages. It is suitable for low, medium & high rise buildings, commercial buildings requiring curtain wall solutions, and was designed to be used as a shopfront, window wall or curtain wall. A range of glass types mean that the glazing will contribute differently in protecting your home from the sun, providing insulation, reducing noise, ensuring privacy or providing a safe environment for family members.

The choice of glazing is one of the most important determinants of the performance of aluminium windows and doors. Our wide range allows for variation in pane thickness, making the choice between single and double glazing, obscure glass - for bathrooms and the like - tinted glass and Low E Performance glass.​

All of the glass we supply meets or exceeds NZ building code standards.

We can make your joinery in a range of colours - more than 50 in fact! The two most common finishes are powder coated and anodised.

Powder Coating

Why powder coating?

Aluminium is a excellent choice for use in joinery and construction. But, while it is a naturally resilient surface, it still needs some protection from the elements. There are several ways to protect architectural aluminium such as anodising and powder coating. Powder coating is available in a wide range of colours. Because the application process is free of solvents and other chemicals it is safe for the work environment as well as the natural environment.

Anodising

Anodising is better suited to joinery that will have a lot of exposure to salt air - to help prevent corrosion. The anodising process involves immersing the metal in a sulphuric acid bath and then passing an electrical current through the metal. This creates an etching process. Colour is added to the bath, and the etching process seals the colour as a film onto the metal. This film then provides a hard wearing surface. Anodised aluminium is available in black, satin or bronze.

​Why anodising?

A few of the benefits of anodised aluminium are that it provides a non reactive surface that resists wear and tear, it provides a relatively uniform thickness and depth of finish and there is no possibility it will chip, flake, or peel in the future.
