WE’RE MASTER BUILDERS

We’re registered with Master Builders giving you the option of a solid guarantee. Our team are trade qualified builders and licensed building practitioners.

This means building projects can be signed off as they are completed and are finished to the highest standard of quality and safety. As a Registered Master Builder, NZ Proud can also offer you the added protection of the 10-year Master Builder’s Guarantee which protects you through the building process and after completion.

We’re focused on providing quality, by employing qualified and licensed personnel who are up-skilling constantly.

All NZ Proud specialists are employed staff. No matter if they’re an apprentice, carpenter, or manager, we aim to provide internal progression through training programmes, so as a team we can collectively live up to our values. “The initial quote was very thorough, with a full walk-round of the house and an explanation of exactly which boards needed replacing. This job ended up quite different to what was proposed as they found rot in the bones of the house when removing weatherboards -- Johnnie was great, came over himself to check it out and took me through exactly what was wrong and options for fixing it. He also checked all the other walls of the house to ensure that the problem was limited to one area. Fantastic!”

"We have now had three jobs done for us by NZ Proud, plus another shared with KCDC, and want to comment on the following:

 1) They price a job very clearly in advance, so you know what you are paying for should it be needed. And the final invoice includes only what is actually needed for the job. As an example they put in a new clothesline area for us, but were able to reuse the old clothesline, so we were not charged for that component of the original price. 

2) Well organised about sorting a date and time to start, and they stick to it. Careful to consult with the homeowner when decisions are needed on the job. 

3) Good workmanship skills evidenced.  

4) Meticulous cleanup procedures. 

We have no complaints and would use them again.”
