Brief and Schematic Design

• Client brief
• Preliminary site survey and confirmation of existing conditions
• Concept planning and end user consultation
• Audit of existing furniture and fittings

Design Development

• 3D renders
• Materials and finishes recommendation
• Review and selection of loose furniture items:
• tables, chairs & storage
• Detailed design of specific joinery
• Detailed site survey including services

Documentation

• Documentation of plans, elevations, sections for partitioning and joinery
• Scheduling of finishes, colours and furniture
• Reflected ceiling plan
• Co-ordination of services documentation
• Preparation of documents for authority approvals

Contract Administration and Project Management

• Provision of information and calling of internal tenders for the entire scope of works
• Appointments for partitioning, electrical, data, mechanical, fire protection, workstations, joinery, furniture, security and many more
• Submission to authorities for all building approvals
• Observation of site during construction, including defects inspection
• Defects and final construction work inspections
