We’ve worked with Oliver & OT Developments a couple of times now and never fail to complete jobs efficiently and to a very high standard. Nothing is ever an issue and no job is too small, would highly recommend Oliver and his team to anyone who needs good quality builders.

Oliver and the team completed exterior renovations and completely transformed and modernised the area. The team worked efficiently and respectfully, with clear communication throughout each step, making the stressful process of renovating much more smooth. My wife and I are at the tail end of a major rebuild and renovation of our family home in Henderson. We had Oliver and his company referred to us by another building company who became too busy to do our work. Oliver's team have been at our house daily since 13 October and are working through a 21 week schedule (4 weeks to go) which involves almost every part of our home. They are right on track with their schedule they provided at the start of the job. This gives us the ability to plan around upcoming work.

At times we have had 6 builders on site along with other tradesman being co-ordinated by Kieran who is our site foreman. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and there is real attention to detail in everything they do. All of their workers take real pride in their work. They are polite and considerate to our family and by necessity we have had to continue living in our house. There have been no issues and we have daily contact with Kieran to discuss progress and work around any issues that arise.

I would definitely recommend them and we are already planning a couple of projects at the end of this rebuild where we will be asking them to get involved. Oliver is currently designing a front entrance and outside landscaping to finish our project off.

Oliver and his team designed and built an enclosed garden area alongside our house. They did so in an efficient and timely manner and on budget. The result is a wonderful space that we use everyday. It gives us a great deal of pleasure and provides fresh, organic food for ourselves, friends and family. I would not hesitate to use and recommend Oliver and his team to others wanting building work done. We are currently having plans drawn up for a future barn which we hope Oliver and his team will construct for us!

Our family has employed Oliver Fuller from OT Developements Ltd to work on two of the family’s properties. The first job was a first stage renovation of a 70’s house. My Son and Oliver worked closely together on this project and the work was carried out in a very professional manner with a high standard of finish.
