I needed to buy skirt boards and architraves for renovations we are doing at home. We were working on a tight timeframe as we had several trades working concurrently and a narrow window for carpentry. I was attempting to purchase the mouldings from a certain large green hardware store, but it would seem they didn’t want my business, I had to chase them for three days, being transferred from department to department and never offered a way to pay for what I needed.

My call was answered within three rings, and the team member I was speaking with was able to assist me straight away. Within an hour I had a proforma invoice for the goods I needed in my inbox. The price was terrific, and I could pay it immediately so I could get the process moving. The mouldings were delivered to our home just a few days later, and our project has been able to progress on time.
