Firstly, they recommended ALAN SHANNAHAN ARCHITECTS who designed a very special and

beautiful home for us at Muriwai, west of Auckland City.

Peter and Shaun were recommended to us by a friend who would agree that they are certainly

outstanding professionals whose excellent work merits recognition. Technically competent with

an eye for detail and line they understand proportion and they will not compromise on quality.

The site that our home was to be built on was coastal and in a high wind zone testing these

builders to their limits, sometimes raining uphill and in very rough conditions, at all times they

were pleasant and courteous, as well as the sub contractors they brought with them, everyone

working as a team.

Peter and Shaun exceeded the level of customer service/satisfaction we were expecting and we

have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and integrity,

work ethics being truly exceptional.

It has been an absolute pleasure, our home is more beautiful than we ever dreamed and we would

recommend these very special tradesmen to anyone wanting skilled, honest, reliable and certainly

true to their word builders.

I had a major problem in my house when a hot water pipe gave way while I was in the South Island and my entire 2 Storey dwelling was inundated with hot water/steam for an extended period. Damage was huge and took 8 months to repair and refurbish. 

My first telephone call when hearing of the disaster was to Peter Parris. Parris Williams were on the scene within minutes of being contacted. Their empathy, professionalism, advice, guidance and expertise as Builders and Project Managers were both exceptional and of the highest standard from the time Pete Parris and Shaun Williams stepped on to the property until the time they were able to hand the home back to me, beautifully refurbished. This was no surprise to me as I have commissioned the services of Parris Williams on previous occasions and I was well aware of their honesty, integrity and ability. I have always been very impressed with the efficiency and accuracy of the PW Office support procedures. This Company successfully strives for perfection in everything they do and they won’t accept anything but the same level of competence from other trade colleagues who are fortunate enough to be selected to work in with them.

In my case, Parris Williams project managed a team of highly experienced builders, plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterers and painters, all of whom were true experts in their field. Everyone worked in so well together, in perfect harmony and to the highest standards. I was kept fully informed of all developments and I always knew where I stood as the project progressed. 

I was so grateful for the personal support and advice I received from Pete Parris, Shaun Williams and indeed from all their team. They had me back in my house on schedule, within reasonable cost and very happy with the final result. In summary ‘fantastic value for money’. There were no negatives to report. Superb workmanship.

"Peter undertook a cost margin contract with me to renovate my 3B Craig Road, Milford, Auckland Townhouse. The duration of the arrangement was from June 2014 to April 2015. The property was essentially a ‘leaky house’ with design, materials and construction practices all having contributed to the problems faced. The house had to be completely gutted, materials replaced and poor construction issues corrected. Peter was systematic and thorough in his practices concerning these matters completing to the highest standards of workmanship.
