About us
Peak Architecture creates bespoke, technically focused architectural designs without compromising buildability.
We’re approachable, pragmatic, and committed to delivering an easy and enjoyable client experience.
Peak Architecture is a Christchurch-based firm with significant experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Directors and Architectural Designers Simon and Hamish have worked on an extensive range of diverse projects in New Zealand and overseas. We’re relationship-focused and enjoy working with our clients to bring their projects to life.
We provide cost-effective design and technical documentation services for clients, stakeholders, developers and builders, and can provide a full range of services during the design and construction stages. Both Hamish and Simon are LBP registered.
Creating Commercially Successful Projects
Our experience in large-scale commercial and industrial projects means we understand how design decisions will impact project cost and buildability.
We take the time to view your project as a whole and design with your commercial considerations in mind, so your design easily translates into a commercially successful project.
Experienced Residential Designers
We enjoy designing new residential builds, and embrace the challenges of challenging sites and unusual access requirements. We work closely with our residential clients to create sleek, modern designs that unlock the potential of their site.
An Immersive Experience
Peak Architecture has invested in cutting-edge software that provides a 3D walkthrough experience. Our clients can experience their design ‘in person’, rather than having to imagine how a drawing will come to life.
As well as providing an exciting, immersive experience, this software smoothes the design process, minimising changes and saving time.
