Damian worked as the head foreman for Lifestyle Projects on the project to build our new house. He was handling two projects at the same time. This was a major construction project for a residential home involving a number of different specialist contractors. Not only was the project completed on time and to a high specification, it was also managed in a highly professional and tightly controlled manner by Damian. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Damian Percival during 2008, when he was foreman for Life Style Projects and in charge of the construction of our house as well as our neighbors. This was an enormous undertaking as it was building two houses, which were completely different in style, running in parallel. His level of professionalism was second to none, nothing was too difficult and in our case we were asking for the highest level with regards to finishes and detail. Living 8000km’s from a major renovation project was not an ideal situation and was going to require an organised builder with exceptional communication skills. Damian really did ensure that this was a relatively stress free experience. He kept in contact via phone and email and also sent photographs of the progress on a regular basis.
