RENOVATIONS

Let us help transform your existing home into the stylish and spacious sanctuary you’ve always wanted.
Best still, at Perfect Square Design we make building renovations, additions and extensions easier by taking care of all the design processes, including documentation and approvals, and helping you find the right builder. If you are looking for Renovation Designers then contact us and book a free consultation.

Most importantly, as building design experts we know how to dial up the design impact in ways others can’t so your renovation budget stretches further.

What that means for you is more architectural “WOW” and luxury

When it comes time to pop the champagne, you’ll find it hard to believe it’s really your home.

DESIGNER HOMES

Timeless home designs that will make your home a magnificent place to be.

Let us design your home with the features and sophistication you’ve always dreamt of with the comfort and practicality needed for your busy life.

We’ll be there every step of the way from the design concept stage through to build to make it easier for you to be in your beautiful, brand new designer home.

Need help bringing your plans to life? We’ll also take care of the documentation and approvals and match you with a great builder if you need one. With Perfect Square Design, we’ll help turn your imagination into a home design you’ll love for many years to come.

DUPLEXES

Savvy duplex solutions deliver style, a surprising level of privacy and a smart way to live.

Duplexes are great for optimising block usage yet still provide a sense of living autonomy. The thing is, for your duplex project to succeed, you need to strike a balance between block, design and costs. It’s trickier than most people think.

Here at Perfect Square Design, we know duplexes better than most, and take a unique duplex house design approach. We’ll work with you throughout the design process through to construction….and can even help you find the right builder if you don’t already have one in mind.

What you end up with are comfortable and cleverly-designed residences with a sense of privacy and space that not only delight – they’re a better duplex project outcome for you.

SERVICE
We look for ways to add value to our clients and colleagues and deliver the highest level of service that exceeds expectations.

HONESTY
Building relationships based on honesty and trust is our core business strategy.

ADVICE
We educate our clients, enabling them to make the right choices and support them through the design and construction process to achieve the best result.

PROFESSIONALISM
We are professional in our approach, always seeking to be better. We invest in ongoing education to ensure we remain leaders in our industry.

EFFICIENCY
We look for ways to work smarter instead of harder, to make the most of every opportunity and ensure we can consistently deliver more for less.

We are passionate about creating environments that enable people to live their best lives and achieve their greatest potential. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for people through better design.

Throughout the ages, the greatest minds sought to understand the principles and mathematical order of the universe. What they discovered was that every geometric shape, animal, flower, shell, or great structure can be defined by and follow a strict set of rules.

Perfect Square Design gives tribute to these wonders and understands the value that nature and law have over quality in architecture. Our design philosophy is centred on systems of harmony and proportion. Le Corbusier, one of the pioneers of modern architecture explains this in the following way:

Thus comes our passion for perfection in everything we do. We believe that every space – no matter the scale – deserves the quality, proportion and harmony they deserve.

OUR VISION
To be the most respected and recommended design firm known for our innovative thinking and value-adding approach.

OUR MISSION
To improve quality of life through better design. We are passionate about creating environments that enable people to live their best lives and achieve their greatest potential.
