Absolutely fantastic service from the first phone call (based off a google search) until the point we had the DA approval in hand. Everything was managed professionally. They went over and beyond the initial stage where we must have worked on 30 different variations of my renovation wish list to get to the final stage ( No extra change - all fees were upfront and easy to understand and competitive) . The entire team John, Sara and Gilbert were amazing to work with. The design/reno project they managed was large and complex with variations that needed to be submitted to council - everything was handled smoothly and we got the approval in record time ( less than three months) with zero hassles from council as Gilbert spoke with them regularly and provided council with additional documentation from the town planner to support the variation - something I thought was very thoughtful and I am sure saved us lots of time. Will definitely be working with them again.
