Established in 2008, we offer a complete turn-key project management service, from initial client brief, master planning, assembling the consultant team, programming, and methodology, procurement, consents, construction observation, to overseeing the assembly of As-Builts, commissioning, CCC, property titling and defects closeout.
All our project managers have hands-on construction experience, are tertiary qualified and have worked for main contractors during their career.
PJM are experienced in administering contracts and acting as Engineer to Contract for civil and construction projects, including writing and executing NZS:3910, NZS:3915 and NZS:3916 contracts.
Our team have strong communication skills and can lead the design and construction team management, facilitate PCG meetings and weekly contractor and consultant site meetings.
