Having had a Rayburn Cooker and 8 radiators installed which did not generate the heat one would expect I contacted Plumbcraft to assess the work, to find the problems. Within a week of the call the assessment was complete and work started 11 days after I gave the go ahead. Plumbcraft obviously are well managed to prioritise jobs to best suit the demands of customers and their various needs. Persistence was required and persist Plumbcraft did. The end result is pleasing to the taste and the comfortable warmth in my 70 year old home. The experience Plumbcraft has gathered over the years shines through in the workmanship and the attitude of ensuring the customer has their issues solved.

I recently did some reno work to my Kitchen and had to change some old ancient plumbing to make my dream kitchen work, They arranged for a Plumber to come out late on a friday afternoon to get the job done for me in time for the benchtop install that night which was something I was not expecting.
They were then quick to come back and hook up the new tapware and sink as soon as we were able too and worked around our work schedules which was amazing.
I would highly recommend them to anyone espically with then being a local Business!

Plumbcraft acted swiftly as soon as I advised them that I had water dripping from the ceiling. Mit arrived the same day and was most helpful and efficient in locating the problem areas and replacing several water pipes that had been chewed by rats. He also attended to a couple of other small jobs that I had. He worked speedily and soon had all the repairs done. The business is highly recommended for any plumbing or gas related work.

Great service from the team at Plumbcraft.
We had a small request to connect a gas hose for our BBQ to the Bullfinch fitting supplied with our with our new motorhome.
We popped in to see if someone could help us and we’re directed to Wes, though not able to help, owned the problem and contacted the gas fitters who were out on a job to see if they could squeeze it in the next morning. Tyrone picked up the required parts, fitted them together and dropped the hose off to us where we parked around the corner, negating the need to drive down and find parking in our motorhome.

We had an issue with the drainage of our hot water cylinder. Tim attended this job and his communication and skills were exemplary. Not only did he fix the issue but he also dealt with the carpet, skirting and gib. He thought outside the box and troubleshot as he went. 10/10 would use Plumbcraft again

We had an urgent drain issue that needed repairing and the team were able to come in a timely fashion, they did a fantastic job.

The on-site crew were hard working and the management kept in contact and provide great feedback and detailed notes we required for our EQC claim.
