"Highly highly recommended, exceptional detailed customer care and problem solvers!!! Our pool arrived with hairline cracks and a leak which was not detected until after installation. Many pools strategically & successfully trucked daily around Australia, so an extremely rare issue. Not an easy fix and obviously a very disappointed family on Christmas Day. PPC also very disappointed but assuring us they would fix it! To their absolute credit and quality assurance values they are replacing our entire pool, installing a new sand filtration system using their plumber, installing/connecting the electrics and supplying most importantly the water truck.
