Peter built us a wonderful deck which we enjoy entertaining on. He was reliable, fair priced and efficient. We enjoyed how Pete listened to our ideas and involved his own suggestions to come up with a great result. Pete also gave us good advice regarding cost and quality.

Peter Richards was employed as the main contractor to build our house in Warkworth by Lockwood Coast to Coast Builders.
Peter in all aspects of his work shows extremely high professionalism and gives his all. No detail was too small and he was very good at suggesting alternatives if we ran into a problem. He is a very hard worker and ran a very tight ship. Nothing was a hassle and he quite often went beyond what he was employed to do.
We have no hesitation in recommending Peter to anyone contemplating building a new home or doing alterations and would employ him again if we did another building project.

During 2006 Peter Richards played an integral role in the construction of a new 900 sq metre masonry home for my wife and I, situated on our ten acre property in Karaka, South Auckland.
At that time Peter was employed by Jaros Construction. Our principal contact was with John Moros, the owner of Jaros Construction. During the construction period we gained much respect for not only John Moros, but for Peter Richards also.
Peter's role was our Head Builder and Site Manager. At most times Peter was responsible for managing a team of three full time builders, to coordinate and manage all subcontractors and the supply of materials.

Our home is valued in the "several million dollar category" and as such the building skills and expertise required to implement a detailed and complicated architectural design, comprising high end internationally sourced products and materials was always going to be a challenge!
Peter certainly rose to the challenge and we are extremely pleased with not only the finished look and quality of our home, but also with the process and experience to achieve the finished product. Peter was an integral part of that journey.
