New Homes and Renovations in the Rodney and Kaipara AreasHigh Quality.

Efficient Results.

At PR Builders, we aim to build high quality homes, efficiently. We specialize in the construction of custom and architectural homes. Depending on the particular project we can either construct a home from the plans as supplied, or work with the individual client to design a home to suit their specific requirements.

Peter Richards, originally from Whangarei Heads, founded PR Builders in 2005. Peter founded the company with the aim of maintaining a very high standard of workmanship, with an emphasis on integrity and results. These core values influence the PR Builders team.
Peter is a member of Certified Builders New Zealand and a Carpentry and Site One Licensed Building Practitioner and has successfully completed many projects including the recent completion of a home designed by architect Peggy Deamer.

As a company, we enjoy completing challenging projects that exceed client expectations and we would relish the opportunity to build your dream home!

“Peter built us a wonderful deck which we enjoy entertaining on. He was reliable, fair priced and efficient. We enjoyed how Pete listened to our ideas and involved his own suggestions to come up with a great result. Pete also gave us good advice regarding cost and quality. We would highly recommend and use again, a simple and hassle free experience.”
