We have just had our 20 year old kitchen totally redone by Premier Kitchens and what can I say... its perfect! Everything went to plan, Craig, our designer had the perfect blend of listening to our needs and pragmatism, Mick, our project manager was all over everything and Pete backed them all up wonderfully. Small problems always arise with any renovation but these were all handled quickly and efficiently. All the trades people were professional and on time! The finished kitchen even surpassed our very lofty expectations. Highly recommended!

What got us across the line was the passionate and knowledgable folk at the Willoughby display centre, Craig's design and the fact that one contractor was taking all the responsibility for the project. What we experienced was that everything was delivered on time and within budget (no surprises), great attention to detail and quality assurance, excellent trades people to work with (nothing was too much trouble), and there was always someone to talk to - great project management.

Well what can I say about Premier Kitchens Australia that anyone who has got a kitchen from them doesn’t already know. The service in the showroom was second to none. Welcoming staff, with a wealth of knowledge that really put me at ease. The design service was fantastic, sitting down with someone that actually knew what they were talking about and had heaps of input into the final design. Then to the trades for the stories I have read online about other companies I was prepared for the worst. Much to my surprise the whole thing happened on time without a glitch. We chose Premier Kitchen for value for money. We just moved in and needed a new kitchen (a nice one) but at a good price, and no hidden costs. Tick. (We did compare!) Everything, from “welcome to the showroom”, to design, installation, usual unexpected issues, final touches and even our own worries were handled with a very high sense of respect and customer service. Premier Kitchens, along with their installers, Living Space Constructions, have delivered a beautiful new kitchen which suits my home. Everyone I met was delightful to work with - from Eddie the designer, to Peter the measurer and the quite exceptional Fred from the installers. There was a clear project plan which was followed 95% of the time. Only one tradesperson let the side down. Issues raised with Fred were always addressed in a calm and professional manner. He also found good practical solutions to problems and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. We just couldn't go past this team after going through our options. From the showroom visit, through to beautiful design and our high standard finished kitchen. Great work ethic who work to great quality and standards. Literally there's no one like them. My wife and I had selected another kitchen provider initially and after a very unsatisfactory experience with them we turned to the team at Premier for our new kitchen in Gladesville. Premier were very professional, did what they said they would do, and delivered when they said they would. Almost a year down the track now and we are really happy with our kitchen and strongly recommend Premier to others.

After checking out a number of kitchen showrooms , our last port of call was Premier . We are so glad we found them as we immediately got the impression we were in good hands. This observation only got stronger as our plans unfolded under the expert guidance of our designer, Anita, who was both extremely approachable and competent . She had great ideas for us and was flexible and helpful in all our dealings with her . Ben, our project supervisor, was fantastic . Virtually everything occurred on time as per the worksheet . All their tradies were fantastic and wanted to achieve a good outcome for us rather than just get the job done . We are really thrilled with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Premier Kitchens.

Our journey with Premier Kitchens began with visiting Premier Kitchens' designer Natalie Bristow. Our brief to her was to provide maximum storage and bench space in the limited area available plus we had the added problem of not being able to move the plumbing and drainage in our 19th floor apartment. The renovation was started and completed during Covid with all rules and restrictions in place so there were many additional complications. The kitchen installation was project managed by Living Space Constructions who did a stellar job under the circumstances. We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Kitchens for quality and service. Our new kitchen is great and we are more than happy with the end result. 5 months down the track and we continue to be delighted with our kitchen. It was an absolute pleasure working with PK and the team at Living Space (who do the installs).

Anna (coordinates all the trades, prepares the timeline, keeps your job to schedule) - you run that ship like military precision. Love your work! This is rare I have discovered in the building trade. All builders need an “Anna”.

Fred (on site project manager) - nothing ever a problem when Fred is around. No grumble, no groan at my very “attention to detail nature”. THings don't always go to pla, but Fred is a problem solver and just fixes it, no dispute. You are a rare breed and a complete asset to the premier kitchens brand.

Peter (head of Premier Kitchens)- you were onto any issue in a flash, so there were no issues actually! Things happen (especially when it comes to renovating) but I always say it’s how one deals with it that matters and you dealt with many things with flying colours!

Anita (designer)- the design process ...so smooth. I had a vision and you delivered with ease. It was so easy. You gave me confidence that “you got this” from the minute you walked through our front door. Cool, calm, collected and your advice at every turn was spot on. Love our Pitt Burners and I never would have known about them without you!

I will continue to rave about PK to anyone talking about kitchens.

It has been over a year since my kitchen was installed. I am not one who normally writes reviews, but I feel obliged to write this one. My experience with Premier Kitchen has been exceptionally good throughout the whole process from design to installation to after services. They are so pleasant to deal with and the kitchen they installed is exactly what I wished for. They are one of only few kitchen companies can do truly custom made kitchen cabinets and mine was tailored made to suit every inch and corner of the space available. I want to especially thank the design consultant Michelle for her patience and her understanding of my needs and the floor plans. She took time and efforts to help me put my ideas into drawings and allowed me to make millions of changes. I want to also thank Fred and Anna of Living Space Constructions(who delivered and installed the kitchen and organised the after services). They are always willing to help whenever issues arise.

We’ve done a few renovation projects in our time, but this was by far the very best. From the moment we booked in our design consultation, to meeting Anita and getting to know her incredible way of finding the best use of every last millimetre of space (and still managing to fit in an enormous island bench!), all the way through to the impeccable trades schedule Fred kept everyone to - the entire process was second to none.

We thank you for bringing the heart of our home to life. All of our must-haves (bin drawers and pantry for me, wine fridge and double oven for him) and nice-to-haves, were considered. Every one of the many trades arrived at their scheduled date, on time, and were all lovely. They even cleaned up before they left!

No problem was too big for Fred, Anna and the team, and they were an absolute delight every step of the way.

We can’t thank Premier Kitchens enough, nor recommend you more highly. I wouldn’t design and build a kitchen with anyone else.

My husband and I met with Fred our project manager to sign off yesterday on our new kitchen which we love. We were very happy with the whole process I was at first a bit nervous but all along I was reassured in all aspects from Natalie with her great help designing the space and then all the trades who were all competent and well mannered. Fred was always there for my questions and assistance. We highly recommend Premier kitchens.

We finally decided to renovate the Kitchen after renovating two bathrooms.

We contacted three companies and after visiting the showrooms decided that Premier Kitchens at Drummoyne were best suited to what we wanted due to the quality of the finish.

Good decision - the more we use the Kitchen the more we appreciate the convenience of having everything just where it should be.

Everything was done to schedule and to perfection. Fred supervised the whole project and was thorough, pleasant and professional. In fact the whole team was exceptional.

Natalie the designer, laboured over the design changing it a number of times to make sure it was perfect.

The follow up service was exceptional with Anna following up on a small problem we had with the cooktop. A small adjustment and it was fixed.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend Premier Kitchens.
