Director Richard Fantham has been building homes for more than two decades — but his approach was shaped long before that. 

As a former Infantry Officer in the New Zealand Army, Richard brings an uncommon level of discipline, leadership, meticulous planning, strategic thinking and quiet accountability. These are qualities he carried directly into the building industry, where they quickly set him apart.

After completing his Advanced Trade Carpentry qualification, Richard founded Radius Building with a clear purpose: to redefine what clients can expect from their building experience.
